Since Froyo, Developers are not allowed to force close other apps.
So this application only display running apps and processes, when you click app that you want to force close, pre-installed Android task killer will open. Tap force stop to kill it.

Nice and small! No BS permissions. This thing is 24k vs 80-300k. I would like to see ram usage for each app, and current free memory =)
