Description
Can your CCTV security camera recognize a person or license plate? Theia's lens calculator will show the expected image resolution from your camera.
Set variables for camera resolution (VGA/SD, 1.3MPix, HD 1080p, 5MPix, etc.). Choose the object distance, required resolution, or image field of view and the image simulator will calculate the other parameters and create an image of what to expect. Use this image to show your customers what they can see when they want the entire parking lot and to read a license plate.
In wide field of view mode, the image simulator shows the relative size of the image compared to an ultra wide 140deg lens. This is useful for knowing how much image you are trading off for higher resolution.
