Description
Simple means to track symptoms related to hypothyroid/hyperthyroid conditions (Graves, Hashimoto, etc). Future releases to provide export/email of data to prep for doctor visits. This app was created for my personal use, so tell me what will make it work better for you!

Allows one to note symptons on a calendar. Cool but kindof unnecessary if you're under doctor's care.

The hardest thing to do when sick, is keep an accurate record of symptoms, though it is VITAL INFO for Drs. Apps like this make it a lot easier! X10

Love this app! Great for anyone with chronic illness. My only suggestion would be something to track severity, perhaps using color to indicate.
