One time Setup:
Instructions are explained in the android app setup-wizard.
### In case of connection error: ###
* Most of the time computer firewall & anti-virus softwares block connections. If itunesToAndroid.exe is blocked by computer Firewall, create an Exception in Firewall settings to allow itunesToAndroid.exe perform network actions.
* Also, make sure computer Anti-virus software doesn't stop iTunesToAndroid.exe from transferring data.
We recommend turning off Anti-virus software OR unblock 'iTunesToAndroid.exe' under your AntiVirus software configuration/settings.
* Also make sure apple iTunes is updated to latest.

* Make sure Android device is connected to same WiFi that the computer is connected. It works only on WIFI.
* Make sure 'iTunestoAndroid.exe' is running in computer system tray.
* Make sure apple iTunes is open. If apple iTunes is not open, don't open it yourself. close & restart 'iTunesToAndroid.exe' and that will open iTunes.
* If you didn't use AutoConnect feature, Check IP address entered is correct, by checking on 'itunes2android.exe' in windows system tray.
* If your android device is connected to computer via USB, safely UNPLUG it.
* Also, private networks like home, personal WiFi routers etc are recommended instead of public networks like Office, College, Airport etc.
* Also, make sure iTunestoAndroid.exe is not protected by Windows Firewall.
