This application shows dialer and contacts in Notification bar. You can access to dialer and contacts whenever you want.
If you want to call someone while you are browsing(or playing games, etc..), just drag notification bar and click dialer!

On a moto blur device the contacts shortcut opens the dialer. Also it would be nice if you made an option for darker notifications.
