What's new in this version (0.2.3):

*Fixed touch-screen bug.

*Streamlined font rendering, menus are now more responsive.

*Game engine tweaks (mostly unnoticeable).

The menu system has been re-written, the game engine has been overhauled.

Description

Ascent is a new FPS game, combining elements of some of my favorite classics. It is currently in Pre-Beta. Almost all features are developed and the Beta should be ready soon.

I am looking for suggestions for control schemes.

Comments are welcome. Any and all suggestions will be considered. This is a test application in infancy with updates every few weeks.

Instructions:

Lower left joystick controls directional movement. Upper right joystick controls orientation. Two buttons by lower joystick rotate clockwise / counter-clockwise. Button to the right is a booster. Upper right buttons fire primary and secondary weapons.
