This year we are “bucking the ordinary” at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo with our first-ever Android application. With our free app., users can navigate their way around the Stock Show grounds, find the next real-time event or plan an entire day at the Show.
We consider this to be our very own interactive guide to our legendary event – featuring GPS functionality, parking maps, a daily schedule of events and many other user friendly functions. Beginning in October, the app. will be available for all iPhone and Android users.
With five fully functional menu selections: Find Us, Schedule, Live Music, Activities and More – attending events and planning your schedule just got easier.
Other features of the app include: a daily schedule of activities; customizable schedules; Rodeo Roadhouse and Frost Stage lineups; a Guest Services option – including ATM, First Aid and Lost and Found locations and plenty of maps to navigate your favorite Show areas (e.g. Exhibits Halls). One of the most interactive features allows users to access their facebook and twitter pages right from the application. Another feature, Friend Finder, can actually pin point your friend on the Show grounds.
