Share Web page(URL link) to your Instapater account. Any links that failed to be post to Instapaper will be saved to the application. It can be connection or any other issues, and you can simply tap on the saved URL's to re-post them when your connection or other issue is resolved. Although there are already similar apps on the market, I decided to write my own fulfill my personal needs. I have also published the source at https://github.com/barryku/SpringCloud/tree/master/AndroidApp/InstapaperApp. Feel free to customize the code if this app doesn't satisfy your needs.
