What's new in this version (Holistic DayLife 1.2):
Added Time Adjust Feature on Influences
Do you go from feeling happy to feeling depressed? Are you mentally sharp and intelligent for some time, then slow and mentally stumped later? Are you full of energy in the morning, but tired and sleepy by late afternoon?
It’s a good bet that those wild swings are caused by your daily influences. A cup of coffee in the morning can give you a quick boost. Elevating emotional moods, physical energy and mental sharpness in the morning, but causing emotional anxiety, physical restlessness and mental laggardness by late afternoon. “Holistic DayLife” is designed to daily track your emotional, physical and mental states and correlate them your influences.
A day in “Holistic DayLife” is divided into three periods- Morning, Afternoon and Evening.
You enter your Emotional, Physical and Mental health during the Morning, Afternoon and Evening periods. You make a quick entry for each period, on each day. Enter influences like Foods and Drinks, Exercise, Sleep, and Medication, that you partake or indulge in. Next select the Emotional being, Physical fitness and Mental capability you are feeling during that period.
Over a short time “Holistic DayLife “will show you how those influences affect your Emotional, Physical and Mental health. For instance, when you choose an influence like Coffee, “Holistic DayLife” might show that the Coffee will make you feel ‘Peaceful’, ‘Energetic’ and ‘Sharp’. Additionally, as a quick reference a ‘DayLife Mask’ will show a ‘Happy ‘ face for positive influences, a ‘Sad’ face for negative influences and a neutral face for influences in-between.
Once you see how those influences affect, and will affect you later, you can then take steps to minimize, if not eliminate, negative influences, and accentuate positive influences.
Since this often means controlling the amount of an influence, ‘Holistic DayLife’ allows you to set the amount of the influence as well. That way, an influence which may appear to be negative can actually be made positive by changing the amount of that influence.
With ‘Holistic DayLife’ Calendar you can quickly access and review past entries. The Calendar is an overview of each month. It shows how you were feeling on each day of each month. You can also filter by one particular feeling. For instance, if you filter on ‘Peaceful’, the calendar will show only the days of a month where you felt peaceful. You can then review what influences you had on that day (or the day or night before).
A quick three minute instructional tutorial can be found at www.biddlecom.com.
Don’t let your emotional being, physical health and mental acuity run without you controlling them. Try “Holistic DayLife” and truly make the new year, a new start.
