THIS APP IS FOR ROOTED PHONES ONLY!
AdFree removes most ads in the browser and other apps. It does this by nullifying requests to known host names in the system hosts file.
If you have problems with this app, or you know of additional host names not being filtered, please comment in xda-developers.com forum so it can be fixed!

Ppl need to realize that if it does not work, it is because the host file in the system partition. Adfree_fix.zip needs to be installed via clockwork

Wouldn't work on liberated aria 2.2. Reboot system every other time I tried to run it. Failed to update hosts error
