Bug fixes related to syncing over 1,000 contacts

Description

Add Salesforce.com contacts to your Android contact list
-Include your SF contacts or all company SF contacts
-Link SF contacts to your existing phone contacts
-Set auto sync schedule and manually sync
-Can show SF contacts only when searching to reduce clutter

Requires Salesforce professional or higher (will NOT work with Group)
