Can't enter interest rates with a decimal point. The ratios are also not accurate with what ratios are currently acceptable to banks.

This app doesn't account for mortgage insurance- its just a regular amoritization calc.... Fail

The ratios are out of date. Current FHA ratios are 31% and 43%.
