San Diego 311 is free to download to your Smartphone or device and this intuitive platform will empower its users to conveniently identify civic issues (potholes, graffiti, broken sidewalks, broken street lights, etc.) and report them to the city for quick resolution. Very buggy It always submits the report without the photo. Twice it didn't submit the report at all, but said it did. Crashed once or twice.

Does not work on the Thunderbolt. Crashes whenyou take a picture.
