What's new in this version (1.27):

This is a maintenance release. The new features of 1.27 are:

- LokPixPro may be moved to the SD card (Android 2.2 and higher)

- LokPixLite files are identified in the Gallery display.

- Extensive new Help system

- This version *may* work on devices without a hardware camera (import only), but this has not been extensively tested.

There will be a major update later in 2011.

Description

LokPixPro is THE photo security solution for Android. How many times have you heard of a phone being lost or stolen, and the information in it compromised? This is your defense.

Do you need to carry copies of important documents with you, but are concerned about identity theft? Scan them, then import the images into LokPixPro. Now you have secure copies as handy as your phone or tablet.

Worried about your phone being hacked, and your intimate photos being splashed all over the net? If they were protected by LokPixPro, they would be protected.

LokPixPro allows you to Capture, View, Import, Export, and store your pictures with industry-standard AES encryption, and attention to best security practices. Even if a hacker removes the SD card from your phone and analyzes it, the locked photos will remain safe. If someone downloads the complete contents of your phone, your photos will stay secure.

The Camera module include several interesting picture modes, a self-timer, many other unique features. Photos are encrypted straight from memory, and never leave traces on the SD card.

The Gallery features a very unique "Virtual Album" system, allowing you to create as many separate groups of photos as you have room for on the SD card (or in memory). Each group has it's own password, and they may be hidden from each other. You can import photos from the regular Android Gallery, and export encrypted photos *to* the Gallery (for transferring or emailing). We support JPG, GIF, BMP, and PNG image formats.

Try LokPixLite for free *before* you buy this version. It has the same unique interface, but with a much-weaker encryption system. LokPixPro can *read* and display the LokPixLite-encrypted photos (with the correct password), so your upgrade path is assured.

The last one is a result of building for Android 1.6 compatibility - LokPixPro does *NOT* actually access the phone information in any way
