Has potential. "5 min" pds are 15 min but sped up. So a goalie holding it wastes 1 1/2 minutes! Also, hard to switch and check, and bad rules.

Icing faceoffs R in zone of icing team, not mid ice. If penalty is called & other team scores, penalty is void. Puck needs to be touched for offsides.
