Sync Schedule allows you to specify on and off hours for the Android's Automatic Sync - this can be useful to prevent notification sounds and superfluous data usage.

Unreliable. Sometime does not disable sync, some time does not reenable. Need to check every time, which make this app pointless.

Works well for me on samsung galaxy s. I no longer get woken up at night by my email.

Installed ok and did stop the sync at the correct time but didn't start again!! Nexus one.
