Description
Call Cost 2 for Android is a utility to control the cost of the last call made, calculated according to the telephone charge. And 'Just enter a few parameters for tariff and it will inform you of the cost of the call at the end of it.

Plan settings are... There are indeed NO plan settins. Useless app.

Make it work on incoming too,and display toast even when lock scr is on.
