Description
A simple mortgage calculator utility to quickly perform mortgage calculations on the fly based on mortgage rate, length of mortgage, down payment amount,payment frequency, etc. Added two more fields tax and insurance for calculating pay amount.

Can you update the loan term to 40 years or flexible. In my country, those below 30 years old can loan for 40 years. Thanks in advance.

"Calculator: Mortgage Calculator" & "Karl's Mortgage calculator" are better, w/ tax & PMI. Karls is best but other has email function. this has none
