Quick Tips:
- Try options called "System persistent" and "Prevent Force Close" in advanced settings to initializing issue .
- Try to set the flip speed in display settings to get the best scrolling effect.
- Two finger 'squeezing' on the screen brings you to the preview screens. Click on plus sign to add more screens .
- Press, hold and Drag one icon onto another to create a folder in app drawer.

I like this over Laucher Pro to some extent but staying with Launcher Pro until there is the function to hide apps from app drawer and resize Widgets.
