Control your weight and know what you eat. Discover the detailed composition of more than 10000 foods, compiled from a number of official sources from different countries. Find the energy distribution, fats, protein, carbohydrates, cholesterol, etc., of your meals.
As this information can be of great importance for several groups of people (diabetes, fitness, sportmen, children ...) only official resources have been consulted.
In this version, the following data sources have been used:
1. UK Nutrient Databank - Foods Standards Agency (UK Government)
2. BEDCA - Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation and Spanish Ministry of Health and Social Policy
