What's new in this version (1.2.0):
-Added ability to navigate to a Contact if that Contact has address information.
-Changed speaking behavior to only start after the screen has been turned off or after Navigation has started. This makes it easier to set the destination by minimizing distracting messages while you are trying to type.
WalkyTalky is an accessible navigation aid.
-Periodically updates the status bar with your current location to the nearest street address
-Ability to input a destination and directly launch Maps Navigation in Walking directions mode
Please remember to enable GPS when running this app!

No manual update of location...UI is seriously lacking. No ability to see address in the app, only in the status bar...
Ironically, those *without* visual impairments rarely have the vision to see what your hard work will surely mean to those that do: Thank you ~;-)
P.O.S!!! routed me watt out of direct. Took me on secondary roads instead of the interstate, which is almost a direct line!!! P.O.S..
Used it for the first time yesterday & it worked beautifully. I love having my phone in my pocket with headphones on & getting audio cues.

Don't understand why I need this when I could go into Navigation & choose walking directions & it would do the same thing. It does what it says tho.
