What's new in this version (1.22):

Added interface to have multiple interval sets (workouts) so that you may use different intervals for different types of workouts. Also added copy option to lessen amount of typing.

Description

An application that will allow you to create your own intervals for interval training. You can set the length of of each interval. It can sound both a warning and a bell when each interval is complete as well as at the beginning of each interval.
