Seemed buggy at first, but i tinkered. Get No Lock app first. Turn off "prevent wake up". My Theme>Menu>Playlist to select theme you want.

Seems to work pretty well so far on my Droid X, tray doesn't lock in the lock screen even with that setting on, but still better than factory lock!
