For any EVO users with the Sprint update... The recent Sprint update has caused problems with streaming apps. If your app will not play please follow these directions.
Here's the fix:
1) Dial ##3282#
2) Choose Edit Mode
3) Enter your MSL (via rooted phone or contacting sprint)
4) Choose Advanced
5) Change HTTP PD Proxy Port to: 0
6) Chang

It's a pretty basic app, but it works well for me on my G1 & I LOVE being able to listen to Pulse 87 whenever I want!
