Description
KatakanaIME is a Japanese hand-writing IME. It recognizes strokes made in Katakana and puts text inputs.
Once installed, you need to enable KatakanaIME in the locale settings. For the instructions, try tapping "?" on the corner.
For the Kanji conversion part, it's using Omron's OpenWnn.

very hard to use since I can't see what I'm writing. doesn't seem to detect my characters correctly too. maybe will reinstall when fixed. spica 2.1

The best Jap IME so far. Acts like the IME in Windows OS. Bad part is that the hand writing input is weird (but it's only kana, so it's not needed)
