Free. Easy. Simple.
Calculates the monthly payment amount, as well as total cost of loan. What you need to enter is the house value, loan amount, APR interest rate, and loan length in years. You can also add an annual property tax, which will be divided over each monthly payment.

It serves it's purpose. I wish there was a amortization schedule as well as an option to add extra payments to determine the length of years to own

Works well, but having the ability to input property taxes as a specific number and down payment as a percent would be huge improvements. EVO
