Description
Personal finance application that allows the user to choose between three sub programs: real estate return on investment utility, home buying utility, and mortgage / refinance utility. For the real estate investment profit and home buying utilities the user can save multiple rental / home records for comparison purposes.
Requires internet access permission to display ads.

This app is simple & very effictive. Gives great inight to actual money being spent. I wish it had a way to do more than 1 loan/property & io loans.

The interface is pretty basic but I like the app, but gives you a quick rundown on ROI and lets you know if a property is worth the investment
