Works great and is a much needed feature for the android. Only negative is that it doesn't search fields other than name, such as job, office etc.

Only app I know of that supports searching an Exchange GAL. UI could use some polish; it is not consistent with the Android UI.

Doesn't seem to be for use with standard gmail contacts. Required exchange server info which I don't use. Worthless for me but may be right for others
