Adding capability to add prefix like '011' to outgoing number.
Description
Tested for AT & T.
Helps call Indian phone numbers that start with 91 to use any specified Access phone numbers and automatically call.
Step 1: Add an Access dial number.
Step 2: Click update and then Enable
After that whenever you dial a number that starts with 91 and has atleast 12 digits is directed using that Access dial number.
