This basically acts like a checkbook, tracking your calories in the last 24 hours.
Enter in your BMR and add intake/exercises as you go. Your balance is displayed showing your calorie surplus/deficit for the day.

Very handy. Exercise calculator is fairly accurate. Wish there was a way to save foods that I make pretty often
