This is the original version-1 GDE theme, before going to version-2 themes with the new toolbar. Using this theme with GDE will give you the old look and feel ( including the old toolbar ).

It won't work because you need the gde app... and themes are not apps so why would they be in the app draw? Don't let me get on the widget people...
