Captivated is a theme for the T-mobile theme engine found on CyanogenMod 7. This app requires CM7 or any other ROM that features the T-Mobile Theme Chooser.
This theme replaces the system notifications, settings menu, and most system dialogs with those found on Samsung's TouchWiz UI. The look is very classy and compliments most dark themed items. Includes 10 extra wallpapers via Theme Chooser Wallpapers app by UpwardSpiral (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.upwardspiral.wallpapers).
