Some phones are not supported. And it needs special approach to uninstall admin apps.
So, remember this:
TO UNINSTALL:
Step 1: Go to SETTINGS->Location and Security-> Device Administrator and deselect Lock phone app.
Step 2:
Now follow regular uninstalling procedure to uninstall.
