iGeneric is designed to help medical professionals find therapeutically equivalent generic drugs for brand name drugs. This application completely covers FDA's 'Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations' (a.k.a. The Orange Book) and Electronic Orange Book (a.k.a.EOB).

A great tool for pharm techs to use when pulling an uncommon generic from the shelf. Not useful to find the generic names... search only goes one way.

Definitely not for home users. I take a statin and on the box it reads 'lipitor' & 'atorvastatin'. When i search for either of these nothing is found.

You can't even search for your drug unless you know the chemicals in that drug.

What's not user friendly about it, it is a alphabetical list of drugs by their generic names, scroll down the list find your drug, and hit it for info
