Application to change the basic system settings.

This application allows you to change the following settings:
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Brightness, Auto Sync, Airplane Mode, Screen Unlock, Wi-Fi hotspot, Screen Timeout, Auto rotate, Ringer Mode, Volume control, GPS Location, Cell location, Background Data, Mobile Data, Mount SD

for users with root-access:
- move app to /system/app (it can be done in the preferences) to switch some settings directly(GPS Location, Cell Location, Background Data, Mobile Data, Network Mode (for CyanogenMod))
