Search results are finnicky and unorganized, and inputting new meal data is too laborious on a mobile phone.
Like the app the only problem is it does not allow you to reset your data and start over & Why is it soo fixed on 1550 cal no matter what the goal is?
It would be perfect if it included yoga exercises or even just stretching. The exercise options are really incomplete but overall it's one of the best
The demos are fine, but when it comes to tracking your work out the variety of options just doesn't fit my needs
The best diet planner app on the market. Tried others like diet2go and personal dietitian without getting the best results...
It does what it says it does, but sometimes th UI is glitchy. I also wish you could turn food suggestions on or off. The exercise guides are helpful.

The meal plans are not realistic financially speaking. Spark people is for rich people only.
New to this app but I love it so far! Very helpful and quick. Seemingly endless food and exercise choices!
Love it!!! It really keeps me in check. If I know how much calories I'm eating I won't go overboard. I'm losing weight!!!
I love this site. It's easy to use, my favorite is the daily/weekly calorie differential.
