Cargo Decoder for Android, a free and handy reference to the 2008 Emergency Response Guide, is my way to give back to the first responders who are always there for us. If you use Cargo Decoder and like what you see, please consider purchasing the Cargo Decoder Plus Module. Your purchase will support adding more features to Cargo Decoder including updating Cargo Decoder to the 2012 Emergency Response Guidebook.
The Cargo Decoder Plus Module is a small add-on for Cargo Decoder that unlocks features in Cargo Decoder that we have added to say “thank you” to our supporters. Supporters have access to a unique list all materials for corresponding to each Guide Page and to all ERG2008 reference pages. Cargo Decoder users can also use these features but will be asked periodically to become a supporter.
