Not the app if you want your kid just to be a C average student. The more distinct sounds the better developed language will become.

Basset hound? Seriously?! By the time a child is old enough to differentiate between breeds of dog I think they're a bit old for flash cards don't you

Not toddler friendly. Phone function keys are still workable and anyone with a toddler knows what that means.
