Description

Lexington 311 is an application for reporting non-emergency issues in Lexington-Fayette Urban County. The Lexington 311 app works with Android tools to enable citizens to report concerns such as graffiti and potholes to LexCall 311, Lexington’s centralized service and information contact center.

This application is a customized version of Urban Anomaly’s 311 Universal Android application. Like 311 Universal, it includes a pinpoint tool that improves the accuracy of the GPS reported coordinates and provides the physical address of the problem, boosting the City’s ability to locate and resolve the issue.

The application is intended to be used only within the jurisdiction of Lexington-Fayette Urban County. To create issue reports in other jurisdictions, consider using the 311 Universal application.
