-Added new function, "Radius", that lets you enter the radius of a circle that will be painted onto the map.

Description
With World Flipper you can see what is on the other side of the world or just look where you would end up if you flipped your position horizontally (longitude) or vertically (latitude). With your phones built in GPS it's easy to find your current position. Uses Google Maps to display the world.
