2.This is specially designed for those who have successfully completed Couch to 5K.
3.Once you complete Couch to 5K, start off with Bridge to 10 K in just 6 weeks.
4.Alternate sessions between running & walking.
5.Must have app if interested in 10K after completing 5k.
