Needs to update the app so it has a longer time to catch the upload speed. I max out way to fast and that is with 3g on the new network.

Needs to show latency. Single test server site so if you're far distance from server your tested speeds may seem low.

Doesn't test WiFi speed. Does test internet speed over WiFi, but unless your internet connection is faster than your WiFi, that's very different.
