What's new in this version (1.7.0):
- Fixed wrong position of pin and search button size in high density screens (detected on htc one x)
- Built using NetBeans 7.2 and JDK 7!
- Allow the user to choose the geodetic survey data used by the GPS receiver, through the preferences menu.
- For compatibility with some japanese devices which requires this field to be set in the exif header (thanks Masakazu!)
Geotag with ANY Android device!
Use GPS or select location in the map and insert longitude and latitude information in existing jpg files. Take pictures with the camera and save location information in the exif header.
This is a free (as in freedom) application and ad-free, if you like it and you find it useful you can contribute in many ways; reporting bugs, requesting enhacements, translating for other languages (currently spanish, catalan, english, germany and italian), testing the app in other devices... Please visit http://code.google.com/p/photogeolocator for more information. Thanks to all for your help!

Pretty good app, need fix on zoom control. my stock "footprint" app does better.
excellent application, does exactly as it says it does
It does not put the updated location into the photo.Overwrites original and loses original geotag.
Not able to control zoom without changing point on map. Needs fixed also could have tags to photos on your phone. Your on the right track
Didn't change location tag
Great. Now also with satellite view :)
For existing pictures, should let you search for an address rather than requiring you to find it by pinch and zoom on map.
Does not save geo info to photo on HTC Hero only updates geo info so if picture has no previous geo info your stuffed.
How do I set the photo location?
