Power-On Self-Test (POST) refers to routines which run immediately after computer is powered on. When a computer starts to run, the BIOS does a Self Test of the components on the motherboard insuring that all the hardware is working properly before starting the boot process.
If computer fails the POST sequence, BIOS chip will generate a sequence of beeps which helps user to find the source of the failure. The meaning of the codes varies widely depending on the motherboard and the manufacturer. This application helps to know what those beeps mean.

Already great, but it would be awesome if you could listen to the codes through the app. Still 5 stars regardless.

Spot on. I'm a pc tech Never been any good at working out beeps, but app works a treat. Helped me out already
Excellent, if you could produce the sound it would be perfect! I hope you provide an app for default passwords of different devices.
Very useful while on the field.
Super app. I too would indeed like to see a listen to the beep feature. I would be willing to over 10 bones for that.
