Search for region codes of licence plates of India. The code tells you where the car comes from (e.g. "MH-02" = Mumbai West).
The Vehicle registration or licence plates consist of 3 parts:
1st: two letters = the state
2nd: two digits = the district
3rd: four digits = unique sequence
