This is a Nexus style clock with a smaller size to occupy space 2x2 on your home screen.
Add by long press on the home screen and choose Nexus Clock Widget from the menu.
This is Higher resolution for Droid etc.(it works on all phones anyway)

Would be great if it opened the alarm & could change the color of the hands. Otherwise its great and has a permanent place on my homescreen.
