妻(夫)に、仕事が終わったら必ず「今から帰るよ」
親に夕飯いらないときは、「今日遅くなるから夕飯いらない！」
などなど。
送信内容を登録せずに送信先のみを登録することもできるので、よく送信する相手を登録しておくと楽かもしれません。
