Great app. On my EVO i cant pull the notification bar down with my thumb when holding it with one hand. PopBar solves that.

What is this for? I can already look at the notification bar by dragging downwards, why install a shortcut ??

It's not too clear from the description but it creates a button on your home screen to drop down the notification bar so you don't have to drag it.
