What's new in this version (release_6):
Fixed issue during events {Resume,Restart} which take place anytime the user rotates the phone or pops out the keyboard or toggles between apps.
previously the widget controls would loose their states. Now archiving states and handling the keboard/orientation changes.
Added auto calculate during these events.

Calculates State Sales tax by state. Tax rate for each state obtained from wiki site:

Has correct sales tax info for new York city good enough for me

Seems to work ok. Tax rate is static and can't be changed. I live in California and sales tax varies from city to city. Fix that and earn more stars.
