Description
VietPad allows you type Vietnamese characters and copy them to the clipboard for use in other programs like dictionaries, emails, etc.
Supports two input methods for Vietnamese characters: VNI and Telex (see help).
Please don't contact me concerning the icon. It is the official Vietnam/Vietnamese flag and not VietCong.
